Return Policy

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before being accepted. Please call Burhani Signs and Graphics at (718) 528-0530 or taha@bsgnyc.com, for a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

We cannot issue credit or replace merchandise without an RMA number.

​

Non-defective, in-stock merchandise may be returned for full credit minus all shipping and order processing fees, which are not refundable, within thirty (30) days of invoice date. In-stock merchandise returned within 31-60 days from invoice date will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must also be in original, unmarked packaging and in resalable condition. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Merchandise returned for credit over sixty (60) days past invoice date will not be accepted for credit or merchandise replacement.

Returns must be UNUSED in the original purchase condition including the original packaging, documentation, manuals/inspections and all parts and accessories. All packaging must be unmarked, and not defaced in any way. Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may be subject to a damaged goods fee, qualify for a store credit, or be sent back to you with no refund issued.

Discontinued or Closeout merchandise will not be accepted.

​

Defective merchandise may be returned for replacement or credit. Burhani Signs and Graphics will pay those return shipping costs.

​

Merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days of invoice date.

​

Please allow 15 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. After your merchandise is accepted for refund, a credit for the purchase price will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase.
